Recording Secretary

Responsible for accurately documenting all chapter meetings, maintaining official records, and ensuring timely distribution of meeting minutes to support the chapter's operations and governance.

Corresponding Secretary

Harlena Banks

Responsible for managing all external and internal communications, including correspondence with members and partners, maintaining records, and ensuring timely dissemination of information to support the chapter's operations and initiatives.

Treasurer

Juanita Johnson-Archie

Responsible for managing the chapter's financial records, overseeing budgeting, maintaining accurate financial reports, and ensuring the proper disbursement and safeguarding of funds in alignment with the sorority’s financial policies.

Financial Secretary

Jamika Johnson

Responsible for accurately recording all financial transactions, maintaining comprehensive financial records, and collaborating with the Treasurer to ensure the proper handling of chapter funds.
